I'm from South Miami, Florida and currently live in Kansas City, MO. Photography and a passion for art has been a part of me since childhood. My degree is for Commercial Art and Advertising Design with a minor in Photography. I graduated with distinguished Honors from MCC and am a Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society graduate as well.
Self expression and identifying with others through art is one of the truest forms of self expression that I have found. I enjoy utilizing my skills to create and constantly evolve over the years with my art. I feel a sense of accomplishment being able to create art still. It's been a great catalyst for good in the community through charitable shows I've been in, as well as the private fundraising that I do.
Painting has been a therapeutic way for me to express my emotions and feelings since becoming disabled. I find that the diversity of painting styles and techniques show many forms of expression. I love the evolution to my body of work as an artist over the years.
COMING IN DECEMBER 2017 I will be launching a new line of note cards, mugs, mouse pads, stationary and more... Images on these will come from my poured acrylic paintings. Please email me for product information.
